School of Biotechnology received the 2nd runner up prize at Food Innopolis Innovation Contest 2021
School of Biotechnology received the 2nd runner up prize with “Orga Coco Protein” High Plant-based protein coconut smoothie drink for Heavy Weight series under the topic “Future Lifestyle Food Innovation” at Food Innopolis Innovation Contest 2021.
Asst.Prof.Dr. Patchanee Yasurin, Dean, with Technology Transfer Center (TTC) team and Mr. Sudkhet Narathipat, CEO of Organ Thai Co.,Ltd. have paid a visit to Rev.Bro.Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President of Assumption University to report on the results of Food Innopolis Innovation Contest 2021 “Future Lifestyle Food Innovation”, Heavy Weight series.
Organ Thai Co., Ltd. in collaboration with TTC at Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, Assumption University have researched and developed “Orga Coco Protein”, a high plant-based protein coconut smoothie drink. This product has competed and received 2nd runner up prize from the event.
