School Visit and Workshop

Teachers and students from Assumption College Rayong, a total of 26 persons, have visited Assumption University, Hua Mak Campus, and Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology on Thursday, Feb 17, 2022, following restrictions on COVID-19 prevention. The students have participated in hands-on experiences on Basic Biochemistry and Food Chemistry experiments.

The 2 stations include:

1. Determination of reducing sugars: DNS method

2. Determination of protein: Bradford and Kjedahl methods
