Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, Assumption University welcomed Dr. R. Belinda, and Dr. Shajini Judith Diana from Madras Christian College, Chennai, India as participants of the United Board (UB) fellowship. On Jan 16, 2023, Dr. Berlinda and Dr. Shajini discussed the educational purpose of the school, social involvement, and technology transfer from academics to the community. They were fascinated with the products developed by the School.

Later on Jan 19, 2023, they enjoyed a day tour at the School of Biotechnology. They observed the School’s facilities, laboratories, and classes. On this occasion, our 2 students from South India, Ms. Ayesha Lurafa and Ms. Gouri Lekshmi Priya Sobhaletha joined in welcoming the guests. We hope that our 2 institutions can produce a fruitful collaboration in the future!
